Refunds

You can get refunds in case of failed transactions, or booking cancellations due to any unforeseen reasons. For getting a refund, you have to contact us on our customer support with your booking ID. And, we will process your request.

Cancellation Policy

  • Upto 95% of the amount will be refunded if you cancel 30 days before the scheduled dates
  • Upto 90% of the amount will be refunded if you cancel 20 days before the scheduled dates
  • No amount will be refunded if you cancel 5 days before the scheduled dates.

The refund amount may vary depending upon journey type and cancellation policy of our partner hotels and cab services. However, we Try our best to refund upto 90% of the amount paid to us.

This policy applies on all the tours provided by us. However, policies may vary on International tours. Also, airlines cancellation charges may apply, so it may affect the refund amount.
