Cancellation Policy for Domestic and International Tours
- Upto 90% of the paid amount will be refunded if you cancel 20 days before the scheduled dates
- Upto 80% of the paid amount will be refunded if you cancel 15days before the scheduled dates
- Upto 50% of the paid amount will be refunded if you cancel 10 days before the scheduled dates
- Partial amount will be refunded if you cancel 7 days before the scheduled dates
Flight Tickets
- For flight reservations made by us, the cancellation policy of airline applies. For free cancellation reservations, kindly inform us prior to booking
- The cost of GST, cancellation fees, service fees, and other fees by airlines are non refundable
Tour Packages Refund Policy
- There will be no refund of service fees, and convenience fees
- If booking is cancelled 7 days before scheduled dates by any reason, partial amount will be refunded
- We reserve the right to deduct the amount if there are any taxes to be paid
- The refund amount may depend upon inclusions and cancellation policy of our partner airlines, hotels, activity operators and cab services.
- There will be no refund of Visa fees, visa application charges for international tours
This policy applies on all the tours provided by us. Your payment is 100% safe with us. We will do our best in case of cancellations due to uncertain reasons.
Refunds on Cancellation
You can get refunds in case of booking cancellations due to any unforeseen reasons. For getting a refund, you have to contact us on our customer support with your booking ID shared. You can find your booking ID on email or whats app. We share booking ID on email and whats app. Once, you send us the booking details, we will process your refund request.
It may take 5 to 10 working days depending upon our partner airlines, hotels, cabs, tour operators, or other services included in the package.
For domestic and international tours, we offer partial refunds depending upon time of cancellation as per scheduled dates. You will receive the refund as per cancellation policy.
